Mark will share how to Deliver fully comprehensive financial services through a Best-in-Class Deliverables Team of Subject Matter Experts. You will learn how to build it, delegate it and orchestrate it:

•  Learn and practice the three interviews necessary to identify, investigate & acquire best-in-class professionals to deliver on the promise of the FRM.

•  Review methods of building a list of Best-in-Class candidates to interview.

•  Establish the most important professional to acquire over the next 90 days, based upon your current business situation.

Role-play interviews with Best-in-Class professionals in order to "hit the ground running" upon your return to the office.

Learn about five client hand-outs which will immediately place you in the "comprehensive" category of advisors and start you down the path of becoming a fully comprehensive financial advisor.
  • Schedule your best clients for all their meetings with over the next 12 months.
  • Clarify what you should be charging clients for fully comprehensive financial services.
  • Establish difinitively which of your current clients will receive fully comprehensive financial services (and which will not)
  • Establish your plan for Non-Ideal Clients so they do not distract you from serving your Ideal Clients and your client acquisition activities.
  • Learn how to delegate all your client progress meeting preparation.
  • Utilize the two tools we teach so that everyone on your (growing) Deliverables Team knows exactly what to do and when.
  • Establish your 90-day written implementation plan.
