This is the most detailed and individualized “content” coaching Program BAI offers. You have the opportunity to have recordings* of your Client (or Team Member) interactions professionally coached by Bill Bachrach*, the author of Values-Based Financial Planning and High-Trust Leadership.

•	TARP 1 concentrates on the most critical element of Values-Based Financial Planning™: the Financial Road Map® Interview and is available to all Academy 1 graduates
•	TARP 2 covers the entire breadth of Values-Based Financial Planning™ and is reserved for Financial Professionals who have graduated from both Academy 1 and Academy 2.

Both Programs include a 15-20 minute preparatory call with Mr. Bachrach* as well as a 15-20 minute follow-up call after each coached recording is released.

TARP 2 must include one full Financial Road Map® Interview and any combination of four the following:

•	A full Financial Road Map^® or Success Road Map^® interview (one additional)
•	FRM (or SRM) Appointment Setting Conversations (up to 30 minutes of calls)
•	A Referral Conversation™
•	Follow-Up Phone Calls (up to 30 minutes of calls)
•	Phone Consultations (2 to 3 appointments)

This Program is offered by invitation only and is non-cancelable. Completion of both Academies (1 & 2) is required as a prerequisite to participate in TARP 2.
