All Programs are offered by invitation only.
Cancellations:
To preserve the integrity and ensure the quality of each Program, BAI does not provide refunds in any amount for cancellations to Program commitments. Individuals are expected to confirm their availability in advance and take responsibility for their decision to participate.
Changes:
Upon submitting a written request, individuals are allowed to reschedule their participation in certain programs subject to the following Change Fee Schedule, based on date received:*

$100 for an Academy; $50 for any one-day workshop* |

$300 for an Academy; $150 for any one-day workshop* |
*Workshop Exceptions:
- Because of limited available space and commitments we make to the vendor, changing your attendance date for the Decker Communications Communicate to Influence Two-Day Workshop with less than 30 days notice will result in a forfeiture of the full amount of the workshop tuition unless we can fill your vacated slot. If we can fill your vacated slot, the change fee will be $100.
- Because of limited available space and commitments we make to the vendor, changing your attendance date for the High Ropes Challenge Course Workshop with less than 7 days notice will result in a forfeiture of the full amount of the workshop tuition unless we can fill your vacated slot. If we can fill your vacated slot, the change fee will be $100.
